Cassettes

Cassettes by speed count and freehub body, each with the largest-cog limit it asks of the rear derailleur.

A cassette has to agree with three neighbours: the freehub body it slides onto, the speed count of the shifter and chain, and the rear derailleur that must reach its largest sprocket. Every cassette page below states all three, with the source we read them from.

How do I know whether a part in this category fits my bike?
Every part page lists the standards it requires and its computed verdict on each bike in the fleet, with its confidence and sources. An "unknown" verdict means we do not have the measurement on file — not that it fits.
